Relationship Manager - Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will build and manage high‑net‑worth client relationships, delivering the full suite of priority banking products and services while meeting revenue and satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new HNI customers that meet priority banking criteria through sales of liability, asset and investment products.
• Cross‑sell and refer business to other bank divisions such as Business and Corporate Banking.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all priority banking offerings and achieve monthly wealth‑management, FX, deposit and asset targets.
• Ensure Net Promoter Score stays above 50 and customer satisfaction exceeds 95%.
• Resolve 95% of complaints and service requests within agreed TATs.
• Adhere to operational risk, credit, anti‑mis‑selling policies and maintain up‑to‑date KYC and client profiling.
• Assess client risk and product suitability, documenting meetings and supporting reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• CISI Professional Qualification.
• Proven experience in priority or private banking relationship management.
