Relationship Manager – Real Estate (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Real Estate will join Mashreq’s Real Estate Banking Division within the Corporate & Investment Banking Group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the primary point of contact for real‑estate developers, investment firms, family offices and corporate clients, delivering tailored banking solutions that support their growth and financing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and real‑estate clients across the UAE.
• Originate new business opportunities and increase wallet share with existing clients.
• Structure and execute lending, cash‑management, treasury and investment‑banking solutions aligned with client strategies.
• Perform financial analysis, credit assessment and transaction structuring.
• Prepare high‑quality credit proposals and business cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit risk, treasury, investment banking and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor client performance, industry trends and market developments.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

Required profile

• UAE national (as specified in the posting).
• Excellent relationship‑management, negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios in a fast‑paced environment.
