Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

Cooper Fitch is partnering with an established international financial institution to hire an experienced Relationship Manager for its private banking and wealth management division in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on expanding the institution’s client base, driving asset growth, and delivering tailored wealth solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with independent wealth management firms, financial intermediaries and investment advisory businesses.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities, growing client relationships and assets under custody.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective institutional and intermediary relationships.
• Collaborate with internal investment and banking teams to deliver customized wealth management solutions.
• Promote a comprehensive range of investment, custody and banking services to contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management or financial intermediaries coverage.
• Established network with independent wealth managers and investment advisory firms.
• Track record of business development, relationship management and asset gathering.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercially driven and highly relationship‑focused.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of investment products, custody and private banking services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
