Relationship Officer – Banking Sales

About the role

Markai Group is looking for experienced Relationship Officers to join its banking sales team in Dubai. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities and engaging potential clients, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while promoting banking products such as credit cards, loans and deposit accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking and financial products to new and existing customers
• Use CRM and sales tools to generate leads and drive repeat business
• Carry out field sales activities such as branch visits and roadshows
• Work with sales leaders, give regular updates and put effective sales strategies into practice
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across retail banking products and services

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business or a related field preferred)
• At least 1 year of full-time sales experience in banking, credit cards or loan products
• Experience in UAE banking or international financial markets is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in other languages such as Arabic or Hindi is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
