Relationship Officer – Emirati Deposits (Retail Banking)

About the role
The Relationship Officer will focus on acquiring and onboarding high‑potential Emirati and Islamic‑segment clients for Mashreq's retail banking division. The role combines client acquisition with ongoing relationship management to drive growth of liability and other banking products.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard high‑potential Emirati and Islamic‑segment clients, focusing on liability products.
- Promote and process personal loans, account openings, Wakala, fixed deposits and other bank offerings.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, addressing service‑related inquiries.
- Identify and acquire Mashreq Gold profile clients within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, especially liability and Islamic offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets.
- Residency or legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
