Remote Property Manager – Industrial Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee a large industrial real estate portfolio remotely. The role involves coordinating vendors, managing maintenance workflows, and maintaining communication with tenants, contractors, and internal teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships remotely for HVAC, roofing, fire sprinkler, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Track maintenance requests, work orders, and capital improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Schedule virtual meetings, arrange property inspections with local vendors, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are met.
• Prepare reports, monitor budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate digital records, contracts, warranties, and inspection certificates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience, preferably with industrial or multi‑site portfolios.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment and respond during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, dedicated home office, and a laptop with dual‑screen capability preferred.

Required skills

• Vendor management and contractor coordination.
• Preventive maintenance coordination and fire safety compliance.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
