About the role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a new capability within Mastercard that delivers high‑quality research support to help customers realize value through insights and recommendations. As the Research Director, you will lead this centre and shape its strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ARC to provide high‑quality research support for fast‑evolving customer needs.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations that drive value realization for clients.
• Collaborate with Mastercard’s Data & Services team to integrate research findings into broader consulting, loyalty, marketing, and risk‑management solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in research, data analytics, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry and related ecosystems.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
