About the role
The Reservations Agent will support reservation operations for multiple Marriott properties in the UAE, including JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, and Al Maha Desert Resort. The role involves handling guest inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a high level of service across all locations.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Identify guest needs, verify room availability, and explain rates, guarantees, and cancellation policies.
- Document special requests and input accurate codes and rates into the reservation system.
- Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and adhere to escalation procedures for guest concerns.
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
