Residence Manager

About the role

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury waterfront resort in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Residence Manager. The role acts as the link between the residence owners and the hotel team, ensuring compliance, managing all areas and achieving financial objectives. It covers common areas, owner amenities, housekeeping, engineering and valet, and aims to exceed ownership and residence expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the hotel at all times and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential entity, solving operational issues and improving efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Organize and oversee programs such as preventative maintenance, and lead the management of common areas and owners' lounges.
• Lead the homeowner journey from handover and welcome to orientation, community engagement, and rental program management (if applicable).
• Handle resident and owner relations, respond to alerts within required timeframes and act as the primary point of contact for homeowners.
• Maintain Raffles service standards through SOPs, training and continuous improvement, and ensure colleagues understand and follow them.
• Oversee maintenance, security protocols, concierge services, housekeeping standards and amenity management.
• Collaborate with department managers across Property & Engineering, Lifestyle & Domestic Services, Hospitality, Community & Communications and Security & Access Control.
• Support department managers and colleagues in meeting financial and operational targets, monitor staffing levels, and coordinate monthly leadership and weekly divisional meetings.
• Manage the financial performance of residential operations, including budget oversight, cost control, revenue generation and financial reporting.
• Work with Homeowners Association management, attend HOA meetings and ensure compliance with bylaws and project documents.
• Ensure health, safety and security, including emergency procedures and the business continuity plan.
• Plan and coordinate events, celebrations and community activities, and engage with the local community.
