Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Provide personalized information about the resort’s facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Escort VIP guests and support special arrivals, departures, and events as required.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of resort offerings and promote services where appropriate.
• Handle guest feedback with care and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold JA Resorts & Hotels service standards and the culture of Giving Our All.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality.
• Experience within a 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• A genuine passion for service excellence.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• A warm, confident, and engaging personality.
