Restaurant Branch Manager

About the role

FLAVE by Chef Wali is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Branch Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi location. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated dining experience by overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Create and maintain staff schedules, supervise team members, and provide training and mentorship.
• Monitor inventory levels, control budgets, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑hygiene regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
• Proven background in restaurant operations, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food‑hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
