About the role
Eatx is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead Tom & Serg in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering the brand’s distinctive food, coffee and hospitality experience while driving commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Tom & Serg venue.
- Build and maintain a strong team culture that ensures consistent guest satisfaction.
- Own revenue, labour, cost controls and overall financial performance.
- Lead training, development and performance management across all staff.
- Maintain high standards of service, food, specialty coffee, cleanliness and presentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high‑volume, premium casual or lifestyle‑led concept.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of P&L, cost control and restaurant performance.
- Passion for great food, specialty coffee and genuine hospitality.
- Excellent communication and people‑management abilities.
- Previous experience in the UAE or Middle East is an advantage.
