Restaurants & Bar General Manager – Pre‑Opening

About the role

Kimpton Sevn Dubai is seeking a dynamic Restaurants & Bar General Manager to lead the pre‑opening and launch of three distinct food & beverage concepts. You will shape the guest experience, build high‑performing teams and drive commercial success from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening, opening and ongoing operation of three outlets (D.G.C.B., Scarlet Macaw, The Nest) while maintaining Kimpton service standards.
• Own revenue, profitability, budgets, costs and commercial strategy for each concept.
• Develop SOPs, service standards, training programmes and menu/ beverage offerings.
• Coach and develop outlet managers and F&B teams, fostering a warm, accountable culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive F&B leadership experience, preferably as a Restaurants & Bar General Manager or senior multi‑outlet leader.
• Proven pre‑opening and opening experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a passion for beverage and cocktail operations.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience managing restaurants, bars and pool‑side venues.
• Ability to develop SOPs, training programmes and service standards.
