About the role
The Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor will ensure guests receive food and beverage service to the high standards of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee shift operations, maintain outlet synergy, and support team development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shift schedules, supervise front‑ and back‑of‑house areas, and ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of menus.
- Train and support colleagues on outlet concepts, food and beverage offerings, and service standards.
- Monitor POS accuracy, stock levels, and cash handling procedures; report maintenance issues.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, escalating serious issues to management.
Required profile
- Hospitality Management certification or diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and ability to stand for extended periods.
Required skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Ability to train staff and maintain high service standards.
