Retail Sales Assistant – Galleria Mall

About the role
The Sales Assistant will support store operations at Toys 'R' Us in Galleria Mall, delivering excellent customer service and helping to drive sales. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure the store maintains high visual standards, cleanliness, and an engaging shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized store and cash‑wrap area.
- Provide product information and suggest additional items to increase sales.
- Process gift‑card transactions at the cash wrap.
- Capture customer data for service and marketing purposes.
- Assist in fitting‑room service and follow‑up with shoppers.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD packages such as AutoCAD.
- Experience using Sketchup.
- Familiarity with Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Photoshop.
