Retail Sales Associate – Souvenir Shop in Montenegro

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join a souvenir shop in one of Montenegro’s top tourist destinations. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop a retail career in Europe while serving an international visitor base.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and other retail products.
• Provide product recommendations and maximize sales opportunities.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive, well‑organized displays.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and monitor inventory levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow cash‑handling procedures, store policies, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or a customer‑facing role, preferably in a souvenir shop.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and sales‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.

• Net salary of EUR 700 per month plus tips.
