Retail Sales Representative - Watches

About the role

Al-Futtaim is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for its Watches & Jewellery store in Zahia City Center, Dubai. The role drives sales and ensures a good customer experience, while keeping store standards high and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and organise the store, greet customers warmly and give accurate product advice
• Help customers in the fitting rooms and aim to add-on sell
• Assist at the cash wrap with gift cards and capture customer information
• Support the Store Manager with opening and closing, run the store in their absence and train new staff on the Point of Sale (POS)
• Ensure pricing and ticketing comply with in-store procedures to prevent losses
• Take part in store meetings, join inventories and meet or exceed weekly sales targets

Required profile

• High school degree
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours
• Flexibility and punctuality, adherence to work schedules and company policies

• Strong customer service orientation with an eye for fashion trends
