About the role
Al-Futtaim is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for its Watches & Jewellery store in Zahia City Center, Dubai. The role drives sales and ensures a good customer experience, while keeping store standards high and supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and organise the store, greet customers warmly and give accurate product advice
- Help customers in the fitting rooms and aim to add-on sell
- Assist at the cash wrap with gift cards and capture customer information
- Support the Store Manager with opening and closing, run the store in their absence and train new staff on the Point of Sale (POS)
- Ensure pricing and ticketing comply with in-store procedures to prevent losses
- Take part in store meetings, join inventories and meet or exceed weekly sales targets
Required profile
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Able to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours
- Flexibility and punctuality, adherence to work schedules and company policies
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong customer service orientation with an eye for fashion trends
