Retail Stocker

Miral Experiences, a regional leader in operating immersive attractions and experiences in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Retail Stocker. The role keeps retail operations running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring stores and stockrooms are organized, accurately stocked, clean and ready for daily use. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate inventory counts and help maintain correct stock levels.
• Receive and verify stock replenishments from the warehouse.
• Process inventory counts, internal transfers, spoilage transactions and related documentation.
• Support inventory discrepancy checks, spot checks and stock control activities.
• Assist Retail Operations colleagues with urgent orders, stock requests and internal transfers.
• Help cashiers with price checks, barcodes and product replacements when required.
• Keep stores and stockrooms clean, organized, replenished and hazard-free.
• Safely operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, trolleys and buggies.
• Communicate inventory concerns, operational needs and visual merchandising requests to the team.
• Take part in team briefings and training and support colleagues in reaching team objectives.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes; previous inventory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to carry and lift items and safely operate required equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Desirable: experience using inventory management systems.
• Desirable: basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Desirable: moderate verbal communication skills.
