About the role
A full-time, 3-month fixed contract (with performance-based extension) is open for a Russian-speaking sales representative to act as a brand ambassador and customer sales specialist at Palm Jumeirah Nakheel Mall in Dubai. The package is AED 3,500 per month, with immediate joining.
Key responsibilities
- Connect actively with shoppers, present product offerings and drive conversions.
- Anticipate customer expectations to ensure a high standard of retail experience.
- Work towards meeting individual and team daily sales targets.
- Maintain the brand image through flawless presentation and exceptional service.
Required profile
- Russian speaker with a proficient command of English.
- Valid UAE residency visa and Emirates ID are mandatory.
- High energy, persuasive communicator, adaptable to flexible venue locations.
- Ready to start immediately; work is in person.
Working conditions
- 6 days per week with 1 scheduled day off.
- 9-hour rotational shifts (8-hour workday plus a 1-hour meal break).
