About the role
Careers International is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive with prior experience in the UAE fit-out industry. The role covers lead generation, deal closing and building long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and provide market feedback for business growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in fit-out sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A UAE driving licence is a plus.
