About the role
Beside Group, one of the largest retail chains in the Middle East, is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Sales Associate to join its premium‑brand stores. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover and purchase fashion items while meeting personal and store sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store and KPI sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information and maintaining a friendly, courteous attitude.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product designs, trends, quality issues and availability.
- Handle shipments, sort merchandise and stock shelves, counters, racks and tables.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks as requested by management.
Required profile
- At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably with a similar brand.
- Knowledge of the local culture, sensitivities and fashion trends.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
