Sales Associate – Customer Service & Retail Sales

About the role

The Sales Associate will be the front‑line representative of Burjline Builders, delivering exceptional customer service while driving store sales in Dubai. You will assist shoppers in finding the right products, promote promotions, and ensure a welcoming retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, provide product information, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store and fitting rooms clean and organized, and support stock management processes including receiving, tagging and replenishment.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments in line with company policies.
• Participate actively in team meetings, sales huddles and product knowledge sessions, and communicate operational issues or customer feedback to the store manager.
