Sales Associate – Emirati Nationals – Dubai

About the role

Polène Paris is expanding its luxury boutique in Dubai and seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associate who is an Emirati national. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a memorable experience to high‑end customers and supporting the boutique’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every visitor, guide them through the purchase journey and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Provide personalized advice on handbags, jewelry and after‑sales services.
• Promote additional sales and inform customers about Polène’s services.
• Manage cash registers, process transactions and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain boutique presentation, merchandising, and inventory organization.
• Develop CRM follow‑up, contribute to daily reporting and ensure accurate stock management.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emirati Family Book holder) – this role is exclusive to Emiratis.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail or high‑end boutique environment.
• Passion for leather goods and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, demanding setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating point‑of‑sale (POS) registers and cash handling.
