Sales Associate - UAE National

About the role

Apparel Group is hiring a full-time Sales Associate in Dubai. The role represents the brand by maximising sales in the store through excellent customer service and retail experience, while carrying out operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, help them choose the right products and turn window shoppers into buyers
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales
• Follow the GUEST selling guideline (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) and stay updated on the group's brands for suggestive selling
• Keep a presentable appearance, good attitude and up-to-date product knowledge, and minimise stock loss
• Be flexible to work extended hours during sale periods and varied shifts and overtime
• Lay out merchandise according to standard layouts and VM guidelines, record inventory movements and keep clearance stock norms
• Handle the POS and billing counter, tally the cash till, issue receipts and refunds, and process cash, card, voucher and debit payments
• Maintain store security, follow SOPs and loss prevention policies, and keep sales figures confidential

Required profile

• UAE national
• Presentable, well-groomed and flexible to varied shifts and overtime
• Up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of the group's brands
