Sales / Business Development Manager

About the role

Peekabox, a growing technology startup, is looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the company's platform by recruiting restaurants, cafés and bakeries as business partners. No industry experience is required; fresh graduates, career switchers and experienced sales professionals are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurant owners and managers to introduce Peekabox and its partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact and presentations to partner onboarding.
• Conduct sales pitches and presentations showing the platform's benefits.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close business agreements.
• Maintain relationships with potential and existing partners and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with founders and internal teams to support business expansion and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (estimated).
• No previous industry experience required; immediate joiners preferred.
• Understanding of lead generation, sales techniques, business development and partnership building.
• Confidence in presenting to business owners and handling objections.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of AED 11,000 to AED 13,000 plus commission on sales performance.
