Sales Consultant (Mandarin/Chinese Speakers)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant who is fluent in Mandarin/Chinese to drive sales of its property inventory across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on generating and managing leads, presenting suitable properties to clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and understand client needs, providing comprehensive information on available inventory and optimal purchasing options.
• Keep clients informed about upcoming developments and exclusive promotions tailored to their preferences.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Dubai Holding Real Estate’s values, products, and services to attract new market segments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers to build a strong client base.
• Expand the network of potential buyers, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Promote products and services through innovative sales channels to improve revenue and retain customers.
• Meet or exceed departmental sales targets and support improvements to the sales process.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
