Sales Coordinator – Automotive Electric Mobility

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support BYD’s electric mobility business within Al‑Futtaim Automotive, ensuring a seamless hand‑over of vehicles from showroom to customer. This role acts as the critical link between the showroom, workshop, registration teams, drivers and external service providers, guaranteeing accurate documentation and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and verify preparation according to customer specifications.
• Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth hand‑overs.
• Process all vehicle documentation accurately, including registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes and sales paperwork.
• Monitor vehicle preparation activities such as cleaning, servicing and accessory fitment before delivery.
• Provide the sales team with up‑to‑date stock availability through physical and system inventory checks.
• Prepare demo vehicles for test drives, ensuring they are clean, fueled and ready.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Oversee showroom vehicle displays to meet BYD and Al‑Futtaim standards.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering error‑free processes and timely coordination across departments.
