Sales Coordinator - Customer Relations & Inside Sales

About the role

SmartWorld Computer Trading LLC is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Dubai to handle customer relations and inside sales. The role covers responding to customer enquiries, processing sales orders, maintaining CRM records and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries by email, telephone and other channels, prepare quotations and follow up on pending quotations and purchase orders
• Process sales orders, verify them against approved quotations and coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for invoicing and delivery
• Maintain customer records, quotations and opportunities in Zoho CRM and help prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates
• Support sales executives, coordinate with suppliers on pricing and availability, and prepare product information and proposals
• Follow up on pending enquiries and orders, escalate unresolved issues and keep daily visibility of pending sales activities

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration or inside sales in the UAE
• Experience in IT distribution, electronics trading, ELV or security systems is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English, strong organisation and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness, customer focus and ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM/ERP systems
• Good understanding of quotations, sales orders, invoicing and delivery coordination
