About the role
The Sales Coordinator will support Arteco Ceramics' sales team in Dubai, handling order processing, quotations, and customer communication. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth coordination between sales, logistics and warehouse functions.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders, prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams, track project timelines and update sales reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads and organise showroom appointments.
- Assist with tender submissions, project documentation and support marketing/showroom activities as needed.
Required profile
- Strong sales coordination and operations experience, preferably in building materials or interior design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Solid organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
