About the role
We are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to manage incoming event inquiries and convert them into successful bookings at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals and sales reports.
- Handle client enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate client, account and sales records.
- Support sales calls, site inspections, events and other commercial activities.
Required profile
- Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, positive and team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with hotel systems.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
