Sales Development Representative

About the role

Meltwater is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, generate new leads and support the global BDR team. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with marketing and sales to qualify opportunities and fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach, research prospects and position Meltwater’s services.
• Run initial discovery meetings, qualify leads based on pain points and business fit.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead‑generation strategies and messaging.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM and report on lead metrics.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to the quota‑carrying sales team and schedule demos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days a week under a hybrid schedule.
