Sales Development Representative (SDR) - BIM Services

About the role

OneClick BIM is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Dubai to work directly with a Business Partner. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients and help grow the company's revenue for BIM (Building Information Modeling), CAD drafting outsourcing and structural engineering services. The position is remote, with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of contacts in the design and construction industry and track them.
• Identify and keep up to date the list of current and upcoming construction projects.
• Establish relationships with key project stakeholders and promote the company's expertise to new and existing clients.
• Take part in the quotation and negotiation phases of new projects.
• Monitor the project delivery phase to spot new business opportunities such as contract extensions, new mandates and consulting services.
• Track the sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Expand market intelligence on the construction market, manage tender portals and prepare bids.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the sales process and the ability to understand and interpret customer needs through fact-finding.
• Strong self-motivation and a high level of passion to succeed.
• Good communication skills.
