Sales Director - Property Sales

About the role

Nathan HR Human Resources is recruiting a Sales Director in Dubai to lead DevelopSure's property sales function. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and works closely with the Marketing Manager, Development Director and Finance. Its purpose is to achieve approved sales, revenue, pricing and collection objectives across the development portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project sales strategies and establish sales targets with the CCO
• Manage internal sales personnel and monitor sales team performance
• Develop and manage broker relationships, including onboarding and project training
• Manage inventory releases and implement approved pricing and payment plans
• Monitor reservations and sales, maintain pipeline forecasts and ensure leads are captured in the CRM
• Monitor lead response and conversion, and coordinate with Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance
• Provide market and customer feedback to Development and Marketing
• Monitor discounts and incentives within approved parameters, and coordinate sales documentation with Legal/Compliance
• Ensure KYC/AML requirements are followed and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Performance measures

• Sales value, units sold, absorption rate and conversion rate
• Average selling price, discount levels and broker performance
• Collections and CRM compliance
