About the role

Hilti Emirates is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join its high‑performing Industry team in Dubai. This future‑hiring position focuses on building long‑term customer relationships, delivering engineering solutions, and supporting project stakeholders across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with construction customers, identifying opportunities and providing technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations on‑site and in customer offices.
• Support customers with design optimisation and engineering recommendations.
• Drive business growth through consultative selling and account development.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
• Strong planning, organisation and time‑management abilities.
