Sales Engineer – Electrical Division

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Electrical Division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing business opportunities and promoting electrical systems and solutions for industrial, power, utilities, and oil & gas clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the electrical sector.
• Promote and sell electrical products, systems, and engineered solutions to clients.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate the development of suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with division management, marketing, and proposal engineers to create client‑specific engineered solutions.
• Support preparation and follow‑up of technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience in the UAE within electrical systems and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Successful completion of the General Electrical Engineer Assessment Exam by TAQA (preferred).

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of AC/DC systems.
• Experience with industrial batteries (Ni‑Cd, Lead‑acid).
• Generator control panels.
• Protection relays.
• Transformers and substations.
• Electrical power distribution and control systems.
