Sales Engineer - HVAC

About the role

MOLTEN is looking for a Sales Engineer in Dubai to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and offer technically sound HVAC solutions. The role combines engineering knowledge with sales skills, suits patient, growth-oriented people who want to build their own client portfolio in a performance-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Assess client HVAC requirements accurately.
• Prepare and deliver tailored technical-commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Passion for HVAC systems and engineering solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Nice to have: HVAC or technical sales experience, CRM proficiency, knowledge of the UAE construction or real estate industry, basic proposal creation or technical drawing review skills.
