Sales Executive – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic to drive new business for our event management services. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with clients, understanding their event needs, and delivering tailored solutions across corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, weddings, and private gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.
• Promote the company's event management portfolio, including corporate and private events.
• Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and propose customized event solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations and event execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaking and writing skills.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within event management or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
