Sales Executive - Auditing Firm

About the role

A well-established Dubai-based auditing firm with over 30 years of industry presence, offering auditing, accounting, tax consultancy, bookkeeping and financial advisory services, is hiring a Sales Executive to strengthen its business development team. The role covers client acquisition, sales planning, cross-selling and contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for auditing, accounting, tax consultancy and related financial services
• Review and follow up on existing databases, old client lists and dormant leads
• Sourcing new leads through cold calling and cold emailing, networking events, exhibitions and seminars, and visits to business hubs, free zones and commercial areas
• Assist in organizing and taking part in seminars, exhibitions and promotional events
• Work with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets, and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and performance reports
• Develop a deep understanding of the firm's services and cross-sell and upsell tax consultancy, bookkeeping and financial advisory to existing clients
• Monitor market trends, competitors and client needs, and conduct regular market analysis to support pricing and positioning
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation, and give market feedback
• Take part in or handle negotiations with prospective clients, ensure agreements comply with company policies and UAE regulations, and coordinate handover to audit and accounts teams after sale

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
• Sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm for sales are welcome
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with outdoor sales activities
