Sales Executive – Automotive (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Dubai showroom, representing premium automotive brands OMODA, JAECOO and iCAUR. The role focuses on generating new business, guiding customers through the buying process and delivering a high‑standard after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in and online leads, assess their vehicle requirements and present suitable options.
• Promote and sell cars from our expanding fleet of Chinese and international brands.
• Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features, specifications and financing solutions.
• Build long‑term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat purchases.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with CRM and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of car‑sales experience in the UAE (experience with Chinese brands preferred).
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a consultative selling approach.
• Valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management and customer follow‑up.
