Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive monthly sales targets for passenger‑car retail, ensuring high customer satisfaction while supporting the overall growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an active customer profile database and keep the Dealer Management System up‑to‑date.
• Follow the complete sales process from prospecting and appointment setting through negotiation, closing, vehicle delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct personal visits to understand customer requirements, provide technical product information and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Negotiate optimal deals to maximise margins while ensuring long‑term customer retention.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, track arrivals and keep customers informed of any delays.
• Collect payments within set deadlines and minimise customer credit exposure.
• Arrange vehicle delivery, oversee pre‑delivery inspection and demonstrate operating features, warranty and service options.
• Maintain showroom presentation and prepare regular reports on plans, activities and results for management review.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the automotive sector.
• UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, market trends and financial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
