Sales Executive – Banking Products (Credit Cards)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote banking products, primarily credit cards, to customers across the UAE. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding prospects through the application process, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell credit cards and other banking products, meeting assigned monthly sales and business goals.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
• Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and terms to customers.
• Assist customers with application submission, ensuring KYC compliance and accurate documentation.
• Follow up on application status, approvals, and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and data confidentiality standards.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and outdoor marketing activities.
• Stay updated on banking products, offers, competitor activities, and handle customer queries promptly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, credit cards, or direct sales.
• UAE banking experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM usage.
• Understanding of KYC and basic banking compliance requirements.
