About the role
The Sales Executive drives sales of Certified Pre‑Owned units for Al‑Futtaim Automotive, focusing on achieving unit targets, maintaining gross profit margins, and promoting finance and insurance products. The role requires guiding customers through a structured sales journey to maximise trade‑ins, accessories sales and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales and retain gross margins to ensure branch profitability.
- Meet monthly Finance & Insurance product targets and drive trade‑in and accessories sales.
- Manage leads from telephone, web and walk‑ins, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
- Capture complete customer data in C4C for efficient follow‑up.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and trainings to stay updated on brand campaigns and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, upselling and communication abilities.
