Sales Executive - Construction & Building Materials (Stainless Steel Focus)

About the role

HSW Naqsh Interior Design supplies architectural metal and stainless steel products such as metal façades, decorative cladding, signage and interior fit-out materials to contractors, subcontractors, developers and fit-out companies across the UAE. This is a full-time field sales role based in Dubai focused on client visits and follow-up, not digital marketing or office work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and visit them and their sites to keep good relationships.
• Approach new potential clients in the construction sector, arrange visits and build connections.
• Make regular phone calls to follow up with clients.
• Pass client enquiries, site feedback and requirements to the internal team.
• Keep simple records of visits, client feedback and project updates.
• Support the team during client meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• Basic working experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred; candidates with stainless steel or metal product knowledge are a plus.
• Able to communicate in English and Arabic, with verbal communication being the priority.
• Comfortable with field work, client visits and phone follow-ups.
• Good communication skills, friendly and customer-oriented.
