Sales Executive

About the role

Air Q Limited is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Commercial Department in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business opportunities and driving commercial growth in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads, convert prospects into long‑term customers and achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement and operations to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or commercial sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
