Sales Executive

About the role

Trinas Chemicals FZCO is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts within the chemicals and ingredients market in the UAE and GCC region. You will be responsible for expanding sales, meeting profitability targets, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned industries and territories.
• Manage existing customer accounts, understand requirements and expand product sales.
• Conduct customer visits, sales meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and secure orders.
• Coordinate product samples, trials and technical approvals with suppliers and internal teams.
• Work with logistics, operations and accounts to ensure timely delivery and resolve queries.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets while maintaining pricing discipline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, opportunities and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in chemical trading or distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand technical product requirements and coordinate solutions.
• UAE or wider GCC market experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
