Sales Executive - Late Shift

About the role

Cognita is expanding its centralised Sales Hub in Dubai and seeks a proactive Sales Executive to guide prospective families from enquiry through to enrolment, delivering a premium, personalised experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end journey for prospective families, managing a high‑volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Qualify families by understanding relocation plans, educational needs, start dates and decision criteria.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, spot buying signals, handle objections and maintain disciplined follow‑up.
• Prioritise high‑intent enquiries, support outbound campaigns and re‑engage historic enquiries.
• Coordinate tours, virtual meetings, assessments and other admissions activities with school teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, use dashboards to manage performance and meet KPIs on response times, calls, pipeline progression and enrolments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, account or relationship management with a strong track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Significant customer‑service experience in a premium, high‑touch environment.
• Confidence on the phone and ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow‑ups.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple families and priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work later shifts (starting between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm UAE time) and occasional weekends, events and travel.

Required skills

• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
