Sales Executive

About the role

Unique Connect Call Center L.L.C is looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai to support its customer acquisition and revenue growth. The person will engage prospective customers, understand their needs, present relevant products or services and build lasting client relationships. The role suits a proactive communicator who works toward clear sales targets and keeps accurate records of customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers through approved outreach channels.
• Present offerings clearly, answer questions and address customer concerns professionally.
• Qualify leads, follow up consistently and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Meet agreed individual and team sales targets while keeping a positive customer experience.
• Record lead details, interactions and sales outcomes accurately in company systems.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with the sales team and supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and customer communication standards.

Required profile

• Clear spoken communication and confident customer-facing presentation.
• Ability to build rapport, ask discovery questions and identify customer needs.
• Persuasive selling, objection handling and effective follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working toward measurable sales goals in a target-driven environment.
• Good organization, time management and prioritization of leads; resilience and adaptability with varied customer responses.

Required skills

• Accurate record keeping and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Strong listening skills and a professional, customer-focused manner.
