About the role

RMA Motors, a fast‑growing used‑car dealership in Dubai, is looking for a driven Sales Executive – Junior Setter. As the first point of contact for inbound leads, you will respond instantly, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Closers.

Key responsibilities

• Rapid Lead Response: answer new inbound leads within 1 minute.
• Qualification: assess prospects to ensure they meet showroom criteria.
• Rapport Building: establish trust quickly through strong verbal and written communication.
• Appointment Setting: secure high‑quality bookings for the Sales Closer team.
• Lead Nurturing: maintain consistent follow‑ups to prevent lost opportunities.
• Premium Experience: deliver a high‑end customer experience at every digital and telephonic touchpoint.

Required profile

• Motivated, competitive and passionate about winning.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident phone communicator with native‑level English fluency.
• Effective at handling objections and building rapid rapport.
• Previous automotive sales experience in the UK or Europe is preferred.
