Sales Executive – Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs & Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the sale of new and used motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, as well as manage our motorcycle rental business. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work onsite delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell brand‑new and pre‑owned motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs to individual and corporate clients.
• Manage and expand the motorcycle rental operation, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers through follow‑ups and excellent service.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Arrange and supervise test rides to enhance the buying experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Perform administrative duties required by the business.

Required profile

• Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Valid motorcycle licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
